UCFC Player Payments

It is a core belief of United Cornwall FC that finances should not be a barrier to playing the sport we all love and we hope everyone within the club supports this. However, this does not mean that we are free football, and players should support us when they can, but feel no shame in attending when times are tough.
We are able to offer this thanks to player payments, sponsorship and the occasional grant, however, if we are unable to cover the costs of sessions we will not be able to continue.
Our sessions, from how we play to how we charge is all done on good will, and we hope no one will take advantage of this.

Player Payments
United Cornwall FC doesn't believe that finances should be a barrier to playing sport and a healthy lifestyle. That means as a group we will support those who are struggling and players should feel no shame in coming along when times are tough.
However, we do have costs we need to cover, and this is done by a mixture of grants and Player Payments.
We need players to support us when they are doing OK, but still engage when times are tough.
It is important that players do not see us as free football sessions, and whilst we will always look for funding opportunities we need player payments to stay afloat. All we ask is players think about what is affordable to them, and give back when they can.
